Shipping
- Free shipping is offered with any purchase of $99 or more if shipped within the domestic USA.
- Please allow 3-7 days for order fulfillment. Many of our products are made in our factory as they are ordered.
- We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages. If this happens to you, please contact us to help initiate a claim with the shipping carrier responsible.

Returns
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED
- To initiate a return please email us at customerservice@madridskateboards.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Returned products must be unused.
- Products returned will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
- Unauthorized order returns will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Pre-paid return labels will ONLY BE ISSUED for defective products.
- We DO NOT offer free shipping on returns because you changed your mind, don't like the product, or do not want it anymore.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days from original purchase date.
Warranty
- All our skateboards are warranted against manufacturing defects like warping and delamination for 1 year from original purchase date.
- Some things that are not covered by our warranty include: Nose and tail damage from impact with the ground or curbs. Snapped or broken boards due to high impact landings.
- We do not give cash refunds but will exchange warrantied products.
- To initiate a warranty claim please email us at customerservice@madridskateboards.com with your order number and attachments showing the issue.
